電壓轉換器的預期用途包括將12V電池的DC電壓加倍，并在輸出端使用24V DC電壓的DC電壓消耗器進(jìn)行連接和操作。

 

設備2239.69是帶時(shí)鐘的DC / DC轉換器，它將施加的12V電池電壓（例如汽車(chē)起動(dòng)機電池）轉換為24V的DC電壓。結果，如果現有電氣系統僅提供12V，則電池供電的設備可以24V的工作電壓進(jìn)行操作。

 

如果控制輸入連接到12V，則啟動(dòng)接通過(guò)程。各個(gè)模塊一個(gè)接一個(gè)地投入運行，并評估其輸出電壓。如果所有模塊均正常工作，則所有輸出均并聯(lián)并同時(shí)連接到24V輸出觸點(diǎn)。轉換器已準備好運行。接線(xiàn)板上的信號觸點(diǎn)（2）顯示12V，用于外部信號（最大3W），表明該設備已準備就緒。通過(guò)對轉換器模塊的逐步調試，可以明顯降低浪涌電流。

 

外部風(fēng)扇（帶過(guò)濾器的外殼風(fēng)扇）在接通過(guò)程中同時(shí)運行。如果機箱溫度超過(guò)70°C，則將運行其他內部風(fēng)扇。

 

安裝時(shí)，請確保有足夠的冷卻空氣流過(guò)設備。在不利的安裝位置的情況下，可通過(guò)熱敏開(kāi)關(guān)防止設備過(guò)熱，然后輸出電壓降至輸入電壓值，并在冷卻階段后再次接通。如果無(wú)法防止不利的安裝位置，請不要發(fā)揮全部性能。
